Does ResoClinx replace or connect to Aesthetic Record, Boulevard or NexHealth?

Neither. ResoClinx sits in front of your booking software. We capture the enquiry, qualify the patient, and book a consultation callback. Your team takes it from there and schedules it in Aesthetic Record, Boulevard, NexHealth or whatever you run. Your patient records, treatment schedules and clinical notes never leave the software they already live in. We are not a replacement for it, and we are not trying to be.

Will ResoClinx know my patients' treatment history or how many sessions they have left?

No, and that is by design. That data lives in your booking software, not in ours. We never see treatment histories, package balances or appointment schedules. Our job is the first enquiry, plus reactivation campaigns for the patient lists you choose to upload.

Is ResoClinx HIPAA compliant?

We handle your data with HIPAA-aligned safeguards, and we support BAAs (Business Associate Agreements) for clinics that need one. We will walk through the specifics with you on the discovery call.

Can ResoClinx run my Google and Meta ads?

On the Engine Room plan, yes. We manage Google, Meta and Instagram ads inside the platform. The Front Desk and Architect plans handle capture and conversion only, so you keep your agency or run ads yourself if you prefer.
