What's included
One package. Everything below is in it.
There is no upgrade tier and no add-on menu. £297 a month buys the lot.
Feature 01 · Built, not templated
Your website, built for your niche
A dental practice and a nail bar need almost nothing in common at the top of the page. You get a site built for what you actually do, not a template with your logo dropped in.
More and more patients now get their answer from an AI summary before they ever reach a website. So yours is built to be read by both: a person on a phone, and the assistant answering on their behalf. That means real structure under the page, not just a nice front.
- Built for your treatments, not a theme
- Loads in about a second on a phone with two bars of signal
- Written so AI search and assistants can read it, not just people
- Every page answers one question a patient actually asks
Feature 02 · Runs on its own
Missed call text back
You cannot answer the phone with your hands in someone's mouth, or a needle in your hand, or a client in the chair. Right now that caller hangs up and rings the next clinic on the list.
- Fires in seconds, day or night
- The caller replies by text, and you answer when you are free
- Nothing to remember and nothing to switch on
Feature 03 · Runs on its own
A review funnel that runs itself
People mean to leave you a review and then they forget. Every happy patient gets asked automatically, at the right moment. Anyone unhappy reaches you first, before they reach Google.
- Asks every patient, in one click or none
- Catches the unhappy ones before the star rating does
- Runs from your existing patient list
Feature 04 · Runs on its own
Lead follow-up you never have to remember
Most enquiries do not die because the answer was wrong. They die because nobody went back a second time. Follow-up runs until they book or tell you to stop.
- Chases every enquiry, not just the ones reception liked
- Keeps going for as long as it takes
- Stops the moment they book or opt out
Feature 05 · On your phone
One inbox for calls, texts and emails
Calls, texts, emails, Facebook and Instagram messages land in one place, on your phone. Nothing sits unread in an account nobody has logged into since March.
- Everything in one thread per person
- On your phone, so it works between patients
- Reception and the owner see the same thing
Feature 06 · Not your mobile
A business number, not your mobile
Your personal number is not a business asset. A proper business line rings where you want it, logs every call, and stays with the clinic when staff change.
- Rings your mobile without giving out your mobile
- Every call logged against the patient
- Stays with the clinic, not the receptionist
Plus on-page SEO, one-click campaigns to your existing list, and a monthly report you can read in two minutes. See the full list on the pricing page.
By industry
Your niche, not a generic template.
What goes at the top of a dentist's website and a nail bar's website is almost nothing alike. Same system underneath. Very different page.
-
Beauty salons Rebooking and no-shows, and not renting your clients back from Treatwell. -
Dentists New private patients, overdue recalls, and integration with Dentally or Exact. -
Chiropractors Plan completion, reactivation, and marketing inside what the GCC allows. -
Aesthetic clinics Consultation conversion when you cannot legally advertise the treatment. -
Physiotherapists More self-pay work, when insurer rates are fixed and falling. -
All 28 industries Laser, skin, dental, allied health, salons and the rest of the list.
Proof
One clinic to nine, in six years.
Between 2016 and 2022 I grew a UK clinic group from one location to nine. Almost no paid advertising and almost no social media. Websites, Google, and a front desk that followed up. Then I sold it.
That is where all of this comes from. Not a marketing course. Nine reception desks, nine diaries, and six years of finding out what actually makes the phone ring.

CoLaz
The group I built, and still run the site for. Astro and Cloudflare, the same
stack you would get. Open it and have a look.
I have run a business that lived or died on whether the phone got answered. So I built the thing I would have wanted back then. A website that gets found, and the follow-up that catches what you would otherwise drop.Surinder Ahitan, founder
What happens next
From a call to a working website.
Four steps, about a fortnight, and only one of them needs anything from you.
A thirty minute call
You tell me what you do and where the work comes from now.
You send the details
Photographs, treatments and prices. This is the only part I need you for.
I build it
The site, and the phone, the texts and the reviews wired up behind it.
It goes live
And I walk you through it.
Straight answers
Seven things you can check before you ring.
One price, published
£297 a month. It is on the pricing page, not behind a form.
No build fee
£297 to start, not £2,500 before anything exists.
No minimum term
Cancel any time after the first month.
You talk to the person who builds it
There is no account manager in the middle.
Built, not templated
Written for your treatments, in your words.
You can buy it and leave
£1,000 after three months and the code is yours.
No guarantees
Anyone promising you page one in ninety days is guessing.
Before you book
The questions I get asked most.
Do I have to leave my current booking system?
No, and I would rather you did not. If you run Pabau, Fresha, Cliniko, Dentally or anything else, keep it. I work before the diary, not inside it. I get the enquiry to the point where it becomes a booking, and your system takes it from there.
What if I already have a website?
Then the question is whether it brings you work, not whether it looks nice. If it does, keep it, and we can talk about whether the follow-up alone is worth it to you. If it does not, I will tell you why on the call.
How long until it makes a difference?
The missed-call text back and the follow-up start working the day it goes live, because they act on enquiries you are already getting. Google takes longer. Three to six months before the site itself brings new people, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
Is £297 a month plus VAT?
No. I am not VAT registered, so £297 is what leaves your account. Not £297 plus twenty per cent at the end of the month.
What happens if I stop paying?
The site stops serving. You are renting a working website, not buying the code. The domain is always yours, and so is everything on it. After three months you can buy the code outright for £1,000 if you want to take it elsewhere.
Who is this not for?
A brand new clinic with no patients, no reviews and no list. There is nothing for the follow-up to follow up. Open for a year, some reviews, a diary that is busy some weeks and quiet others, and this works. I will say so on the call if it is not a fit.
Thirty minutes, and you will know if it is worth it.
No obligation, and nothing to pay to have the conversation.
