Is ResoClinx clinic management software?
No. ResoClinx is the layer before your clinic management software. We capture leads, qualify them, book the treatment, and run follow-up. Once a patient is booked, the booked record sits in whatever clinic management tool you already use.
Will I have to switch away from Pabau, Fresha, Cliniko, or Zenoti?
No. ResoClinx is built to work alongside whatever clinic management software you already trust. We integrate where it makes sense and run in parallel everywhere else.
How much does ResoClinx cost?
Operator is £297 per month. Growth Engine is £497 per month. Both have a one-time £2,497 setup fee. There are no long contracts, just 30-day notice to cancel.
What does the £2,497 setup cover?
Discovery call, AI receptionist scripting trained on your treatments, voice AI configuration, WhatsApp business setup, automation flows, GBP claim and optimisation, calendar integration, team training, and 30-day post-launch optimisation.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial. The setup is real engineering work that has to be done before the system can run. The 30-day cancellation notice means you can leave at any point if the system is not working for you.
How long does onboarding take?
4 weeks from discovery call to go-live. Week 1 is discovery and audit, weeks 2 and 3 are build, week 4 is launch with daily supervised monitoring.
When will I see results?
Most clinics see fuller calendars and noticeably fewer missed enquiries within the first 30 days. Compounding gains (retention, referrals, reactivation) build over 90 to 180 days.
Which countries do you serve?
UK, US, Canada, Australia, and UAE. Local phone numbers, WhatsApp, ads platforms, and review profiles are all set up for your market.
What is the difference between Operator and Growth Engine?
Operator handles capture, conversion, retention, reviews, and GBP. Growth Engine adds in-platform Google, Meta, and Instagram ads management, replacing your external marketing agency.
Can I move between plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. The £2,497 setup is paid once, never again.
How does the AI receptionist sound?
Conversational. Not an IVR tree, not a robotic script. It greets the caller, qualifies the enquiry, books the treatment, and hands off to a human if needed. We can demo it on your discovery call.
Does the WhatsApp chatbot really capture treatment-area photos?
Yes. When a caller asks about a skin tag, mole, wart, pigmentation, or acne concern, the chatbot sends a one-tap link to upload a photo. The image attaches to the lead before your team opens the inbox.
Is ResoClinx GDPR compliant?
Yes. We act as a data processor, you remain the data controller. Patient data is stored securely, retention rules are configurable, and we provide deletion workflows for subject access requests.
What happens if I cancel?
30-day notice. Your data is exported in a standard format and your phone numbers, WhatsApp, and GBP remain yours.
Who owns the leads, recordings, and data?
You do. Always. ResoClinx is the processor, you are the controller.
