WHY RESOCLINX EXISTS

We hit the plateau nine times. We know it's real because we lived it.

We built nine aesthetic clinics under the Colaz brand, franchised the model UK-wide, and exited the group in 2023.

The pattern was always the same: brilliant clinicians, broken systems. Every part of the business depended on the owner being in the chair:

  • Every new enquiry needed us to follow up.
  • Every awkward booking needed us to call back.
  • Every rebook depended on us remembering.

The bottleneck was always the owner — and you cannot franchise a bottleneck.

Why the plateau is structural, not effort.

Most owner-operated aesthetic clinics stall somewhere between £40K and £70K a month. Not because the marketing failed, not because the treatments are not good. Because the owner became the moving part the business could not run without.

ResoClinx is the system we wished we had at clinic three. Built to remove the owner from the moving parts of the business, without removing her from the business itself.

Surinder built the clinics, ran the P&L, sold the franchises and exited the group in 2023. He saw the plateau from the financial side — revenue stuck, owner burned out, no path to scale that didn't depend on him being in the operating chair.

Manroop ran the operations side for nine years. Front-of-house. Patient flow. The reception desk on a Saturday morning. The follow-up call to the consult who said “let me think about it.” She saw the plateau from the patient side — every leak, every dropped enquiry, every £2,000 treatment that didn't get booked because nobody chased it on Tuesday.

Every feature in ResoClinx solves a problem one of us watched happen, repeatedly, across nine clinics:
