How it works

From a call to a working website.

Four steps, about a fortnight, and only one of them needs much from you. The first month is due before I start, and there is no build fee on top of it. Nothing to sign before the call.

The whole thing

14 daysto live

  • One thirty minute call to start
  • One hour of your time in the middle
  • One twenty-five minute call at the end
  • £297 to start, and no build fee

The fourteen days start when you send the photographs, not when we speak.

Step by step

What actually happens.

01

A call, and a straight answer

You tell me what you do, where the work comes from now, and what the quiet weeks look like. I tell you whether this would make a difference to you.

If it would not, I say so on the call. That happens, and it costs me a booking each time, which is the point of saying it.

30 minutes
02

You send the material

Photographs of the place, your treatment list with prices, and anything you already have that works. That is the only part I need you for.

If you have no photographs, I will tell you what to take with a phone and how. It is genuinely not hard, and it beats stock pictures of somebody else's clinic.

An hour of your time
03

I build it

Ten to twenty pages, written for your treatments rather than a template with your name dropped in. Each page answers one thing somebody actually types into Google.

At the same time the phone, the texts, the review requests and the follow-up get wired up behind it, so the site has somewhere to send an enquiry the day it goes live.

About ten days
04

It goes live, and I show you round

We go through it together: how the inbox works on your phone, what happens when you miss a call, where the reviews come from, and what the monthly report is telling you.

Then it is running. You do not have to log into anything for it to work.

25 minutes

Your side of it

Everything I need from you, in one list.

Gather these before the build starts and the fourteen days hold. This is the whole list, not the first instalment of it.

PhotographsThe rooms, the front, the team if they are willing. Phone photographs are fine.
Your treatment listWith prices. If prices are not public, tell me and we will handle it differently.
Your domain loginOr your web person's details. The domain stays registered in your name throughout.
Your Google Business ProfileAccess, so reviews and the map listing line up with the site.
Half an hour, twiceThe first call and the launch call. Nothing else is scheduled.

Honestly, though

What starts working, and when.

Day one

Missed-call text back, follow-up, the inbox and the business number. These act on enquiries you are already getting, so they work immediately.

Week two onwards

Review requests start going out to people who have just been in, so the count and the rating begin moving within a few weeks.

Three to six months

The site itself starts bringing people who were not already looking for you. Google takes that long, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.

Before you book

Questions about the build.

What if I miss the deadline for sending photographs?

Then it takes longer, and that is the only thing that moves the fourteen days. I will chase you once, politely, and then leave it with you.

Do I need to cancel my current website first?

No. Yours stays up until the new one is ready. We switch the domain over on the launch call, so there is no window where you have nothing.

Will my Google rankings drop when the site changes?

Any URL you already rank for gets redirected to its match on the new site, so the ranking follows it. There is usually a wobble for a fortnight while Google recrawls, and then it settles. Anyone who promises you no movement at all has not done many of these.

What happens after launch?

I host it, keep it updated and fix it when it breaks, all inside the monthly. New page, new treatment, new room, send it over and it goes on at no extra charge.

Who do I talk to if something goes wrong?

Me. There is no account manager and no ticket queue. That is the whole reason this is one person and one price rather than an agency.

Thirty minutes, and you will know if it is worth it.

No obligation, and nothing to pay to have the conversation.
