Missed call text back, in eight seconds
You cannot answer the phone with your hands in someone's mouth, or a needle in your hand, or a client in the chair. Right now that caller hangs up and rings the next clinic on the list.

Text message
Text went out 8 seconds after the missed call. Reception never touched it.
The problem
The call you could not take is the one that cost you
A missed call from a new patient is not a message waiting for you. It is somebody with their phone already in their hand, looking at the next result on Google.
Reception ringing back three hours later is a different conversation with a person who has already booked elsewhere. The window is minutes, not hours, and no amount of good intention closes it when the room is full.
How it works
How it actually works
The call comes in and goes unanswered
Nothing to switch on, nothing to remember. It fires whether you are with a client, closed, or it is half past nine on a Sunday.
A text goes out within seconds
In your words, from your business number. It says you are with a client and asks what they need.
They reply, and now it is a conversation
You answer between patients rather than trying to catch a live call. Most people find texting easier anyway.
The point of it
What it does for you
The enquiry stays yours. Not because you got faster at answering the phone, but because the phone stopped being the only way to catch someone.
- Fires in seconds, day or night
- Uses your business number, not a strange one
- Nothing for reception to remember
- Works the day it is switched on, before the site is even live
Where this sits
It is not sold separately.
This is one of six things in one package at £297 a month. There is no upgrade tier and no add-on menu, so there is nothing to work out and nothing to be moved onto in six months.
Questions
What people ask about this one.
Does it text people I already know?
It texts whoever called and did not get through. If that is a supplier or your mum, they get a polite message saying you are with a client, which is true.
Can I change what it says?
Yes, and you should. The default is a starting point. A wording that sounds like your reception desk works better than one that sounds like software.
What if they reply while we are closed?
The reply sits in the inbox and you answer when you open. They have still had an immediate response, which is the part that stops them ringing elsewhere.
Do I need a new phone number?
You get a business number as part of the package, and the text back goes out from that. If you would rather keep an existing number we can usually port it.
Thirty minutes, and you will know if it is worth it.
No obligation, and nothing to pay to have the conversation.
