What's included

An AI receptionist that answers when it rings

A ringing phone is not a text a minute later. It is somebody who wants an answer now, and if nobody picks up, they ring the next clinic on the list before you've noticed the call.

The problem

A text-back is a second chance. Answering is the first one

Missed-call text-back catches the caller who hung up. It cannot be the whole answer, because plenty of callers won't wait for a text, they'll just try the next clinic while the kettle's still on.

Reception is one person doing five jobs, and the phone rings hardest exactly when hands are already full. Somebody has to pick up while that's happening, not five minutes after.

How it works

How it actually works

01

It answers live

On the clinic's own number, the moment someone calls, not after it's gone to voicemail.

02

It handles the enquiry

Answers the common questions, and books or qualifies what it can't finish itself.

03

Anything it can't complete still gets followed up

The same missed-call text-back that already runs on every other unanswered call.

The point of it

What it does for you

More calls get answered the moment they come in, without reception dropping what they're doing. The ones it can't finish don't just disappear, they fall through to the same follow-up as any missed call.

  • Answers on the clinic's own number, day or night
  • Books or qualifies the enquiry while they're on the line
  • Never leaves a caller with nothing but a dial tone
  • Backed up by missed-call text-back, not a replacement for it

Where this sits

It is not sold separately.

This is one of seven things in one package at £297 a month. There is no upgrade tier and no add-on menu, so there is nothing to work out and nothing to be moved onto in six months.

Questions

What people ask about this one.

Does it handle voicemail?

No, and it never claims to. It answers live calls. If a call can't be completed, it falls through to missed-call text-back, the same as any other call that goes unanswered.

Will callers know it's AI?

Yes. It opens by saying so, plainly, before anything else.

What happens if it can't answer a question?

It takes the enquiry and either books it in or hands it to you as a normal message in the inbox, same as any other lead.

Is this a separate cost?

No. It's one of seven things in the one package, at £297 a month. There is no add-on menu.

Thirty minutes, and you will know if it is worth it.

No obligation, and nothing to pay to have the conversation.
