Do you offer a free trial?
No. ResoClinx is custom-configured to each clinic's tone, treatments, FAQs and team. A free trial does not give you that.
Instead, billing is monthly with no long contract. You can cancel any time after month 1 if the system is not working for you.
Do I save anything by paying yearly?
Yes. Pay yearly up front and you get 2 months free on either plan. Operator is £2,970/year (≈£248/mo effective, vs £3,564 paid monthly). Growth Engine is £4,970/year (≈£414/mo effective, vs £5,964 paid monthly). The £2,497 one-time setup fee is the same on either billing cycle.
Will ResoClinx replace my EMR or booking software?
No. It runs alongside your existing EMR and booking system, Pabau, Vagaro, Mindbody, Aestheticspro, Fresha and others, and connects where needed. Nothing in your clinic's current workflow gets disrupted.
How do I choose between Operator and Growth Engine?
Operator Plan if you already have lead flow and the leak is operational, missed calls, slow follow-up, weak reviews, no GBP rank.
Growth Engine Plan if you also need predictable growth and want to retire your marketing agency. Includes Google + Meta + Instagram management, landing pages, full attribution.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move from Operator to Growth Engine at any time, mid-month, we pro-rate the difference and there is no second setup fee.
Do you support multiple locations?
Yes, multi-location and brand-level support is included on Growth Engine. Operator supports one location; talk to us about a custom tier if you have a clinic group on Operator features.
