The awkward question

Who owns the website?

This is the question everyone thinks and most people do not ask, so here it is answered before you have to.

You are renting a working website. You are not buying the code. I build it, I host it on my own Cloudflare, I look after it, and I fix it when it breaks. If you stop paying, it stops serving.

That is exactly how there is no build fee. A custom ten to twenty page site is a few days of work and normally carries a build fee of two to three thousand pounds up front. I waive that at the start and carry it across the months instead. It only works if you stay, which is why the arrangement is honest in both directions.

But you are not stuck with me. After three months, if you want to keep the website and take it elsewhere, it is £1,000 one off and I hand over the code. It is a standard Astro codebase. It will run on any hosting, with any developer.

The automation does not come with it. That is software I rent, not software I own, so it stays behind. I will tell you exactly what you would be giving up before you decide.

What you keep, whatever happens

Your domain name. It is registered to you from day one and it never sits with me. Your content, your photographs and your prices. Your Google Business Profile and every review in it. Your phone number and your patient list. If we part company, I point the domain wherever you tell me and you carry on.

The process

What working with me looks like.

01

The call

Thirty minutes. You tell me what you do and where the work comes from now. I tell you straight whether this would make a difference. If it would not, I say so.

02

The build

You send photographs, treatments and prices. I build the site and wire up the phone, the texts and the reviews. About ten days.

03

Launch

It goes live, and I walk you through it in twenty-five minutes. Then it is running.

The awkward ones

Common questions about the price.

Who owns the website?

You are renting a working website, not buying the code. I host it. If you stop paying it stops serving. Your domain, your content and your reviews are yours throughout. The full answer is in the section above.

What is the £1,000 for, exactly?

A custom ten to twenty page site is a few days of work and normally carries a build fee of two to three thousand up front. I waive that at the start because the monthly covers it over time. The £1,000 settles what is left of it on the way out. It is available after three months, not on day one, so nobody buys a £2,500 site for £1,891.

Why is it not £49, and why is it not £5,000?

At the bottom of the market you are buying a template with your name on it, usually built offshore, with no sales call and nobody to ring. That is a real product and for some businesses it is the right answer. It is not a website built around your treatments. At the top, UK agencies doing this properly charge £300 to £800 a month and most charge a build fee on top. £297 with no build fee sits below that band because there is no account manager, no office and no sales team to pay for.

Do you have clinic case studies yet?

Not for the websites, no, and I would rather say so than dress up something older as proof. What I have is a clinic group I grew from one location to nine between 2016 and 2022, on websites and Google, which I then sold. And review automation running live across seven clinics today, fed from their own practice-management systems. If what you want is a portfolio of twenty clinic websites to look through, I am not the right call yet. Ring me in a year.

Is there a contract?

There is an agreement, and it is monthly. No minimum term. Cancel any time after the first month, no notice period and no call where I try to talk you out of it.

What happens to my website if I stop paying?

It stops serving. I point your domain back wherever you tell me, so you are not left with a dead address. Nothing else of yours moves.

Who owns my domain name?

You do, always. It is registered in your name from the start. This is the single most common way clinics get held hostage by an agency, so I do not do it.

How long until my site is live?

Fourteen days from the call, as long as I have your photographs and treatment list. The missed-call text back and the follow-up can be switched on sooner, because they do not need the site.

Can I add pages later?

Yes, and there is no extra charge for it. A new treatment, a new room, a second location. Send it over and it goes on.

Is £297 a month plus VAT?

No. I am not VAT registered, so £297 is the whole amount that leaves your account. There is no twenty per cent waiting at the end of the month.

Is there a cheaper tier, or a discount for paying a year up front?

No to both. One price, and everybody pays it. A cheaper tier would mean cutting something from the list above, and the honest version of that is just a smaller list at a smaller price, which is a different product I do not sell.

What if I already have a website I like?

Then keep it. Tell me on the call and we can talk about whether the missed-call text back, the follow-up and the review funnel are worth £297 a month to you on their own. Sometimes they are. Sometimes they are not, and I will say so.

What is not included?

Google Ads and Meta Ads management, and anything printed. If you want ads run, that is a separate conversation and a separate price, and I will not pretend it is free.

Want to talk it through?

No obligation, and nothing to pay to have the conversation.
