What's included

One inbox for calls, texts and messages

Calls, texts, emails, Facebook and Instagram messages land in one place, on your phone. Nothing sits unread in an account nobody has logged into since March.

A unified inbox showing calls, texts and messages in one thread per person

The problem

Five inboxes means five chances to miss something

The clinic email. The personal email it forwards to. Instagram DMs on somebody's phone. The Facebook page nobody has the password for. Texts to reception's mobile. Voicemail.

Every one of those is a place an enquiry can sit unread for a week. And when somebody does answer, nobody else knows it has been answered, so the patient gets asked the same question twice.

How it works

How it actually works

01

Everything arrives in one place

Calls, texts, emails, Facebook and Instagram, on your phone and on the desk machine.

02

One thread per person

Not one thread per channel. If somebody rang last month and messages on Instagram today, it is the same conversation.

03

Everyone sees the same thing

Reception and the owner look at one inbox, so nothing gets answered twice and nothing gets left because each assumed the other had it.

The point of it

What it does for you

You stop finding two-week-old enquiries. And when somebody rings who messaged in March, whoever picks up can see that without asking them to explain it again.

  • Works on your phone, between patients
  • One history per person, across every channel
  • Reception and the owner see the same inbox
  • Nothing needs forwarding or checking separately

Where this sits

It is not sold separately.

This is one of six things in one package at £297 a month. There is no upgrade tier and no add-on menu, so there is nothing to work out and nothing to be moved onto in six months.

Questions

What people ask about this one.

Do I have to give up my normal email?

No. Clinic email carries on as it is. This catches the enquiry channels, which is where things actually get lost.

Can more than one person use it?

Yes. That is most of the point, and it is why nothing gets answered twice.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, and that is where most people use it. It is built for answering something between patients rather than sitting at a desk.

What happens to the history if I leave?

Your patient contacts and the conversation history are yours. The automation is licensed software so it does not transfer, and I will tell you exactly what that means before you decide.

Thirty minutes, and you will know if it is worth it.

No obligation, and nothing to pay to have the conversation.
