How do automated review requests work?

For consultations ResoClinx booked, an SMS or WhatsApp with a one-tap review link fires 24 to 48 hours afterwards. For reviews after treatment, you upload a list of recently-treated patients from your booking software and ResoClinx runs the request on it.

Does ResoClinx know when a patient has just been treated?

No, and that is deliberate. ResoClinx does not connect to your booking software, so it cannot see treatment dates on its own. For after-treatment reviews you stay in control: upload a weekly or daily list of treated patients and ResoClinx sends the request on it. For consultations ResoClinx booked itself, the request fires automatically off our own booking record.

Can you ask for Google reviews automatically?

Yes. The request uses your Google Business Profile review link directly, so the patient lands on exactly the right page and leaves her review in one tap. The easier you make it, the more reviews you get.

What's the difference between review management and reputation management?
