Is ResoClinx clinic management software?
No. ResoClinx is the layer before your clinic management software. We capture leads, qualify them, propose callback times, and run follow-up. Your receptionist closes the booking in your existing clinic software, where the booked record lives.
Will I have to switch away from Pabau, Fresha, Cliniko, or Zenoti?
No. ResoClinx is built to work alongside whatever clinic management software you already trust. We integrate where it makes sense and run in parallel everywhere else.
How much does ResoClinx cost?
Three tiers, no setup fee. Front Desk is £297 per month (AI receptionist and automation), billed monthly, cancel any time. Architect is £497 per month (adds a complete agent-ready website rebuild, built for AI search, hosted and fully managed, with two blogs a week). Engine Room is £697 per month (adds managed Google, Meta and Instagram marketing). The two website tiers run on a 24-month term, then the website is yours to keep. Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding is included free on every tier: discovery call, AI receptionist scripting trained on your treatments, voice AI configuration, WhatsApp business setup, automation flows, GBP claim and optimisation, calendar integration, the agent-ready website build from Architect up, team training, and 30-day post-launch optimisation.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial. Onboarding is real engineering work that has to be done before the system can run, and it is included free. The 30-day money-back guarantee means you can leave at any point in the first month with a full refund if it is not working for you.
How long does onboarding take?
7 days from signed agreement to go-live. Day 1 discovery, days 2-6 build, day 7 launch — then a 14-day check-in and first monthly review at day 30.

Architect adds a complete agent-ready website rebuild, built so AI search can read and recommend you, hosted and fully managed by us, with two blogs a week. Engine Room adds in-platform Google, Meta, and Instagram ads management, replacing your external marketing agency.
Can I move between tiers?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. There is no setup fee on any tier, so moving up just pro-rates the monthly difference.
How does the AI receptionist sound?
Conversational. Not an IVR tree, not a robotic script. It greets the caller, qualifies the enquiry, proposes a callback time, and hands the booking conversation to your receptionist to close in your clinic software. We can demo it on your discovery call.
Does the WhatsApp chatbot really capture treatment-area photos?
Yes. When a caller asks about a skin tag, mole, wart, pigmentation, or acne concern, the chatbot sends a one-tap link to upload a photo. The image attaches to the lead before your team opens the inbox.
Is ResoClinx GDPR compliant?
Yes. We act as a data processor, you remain the data controller. Patient data is stored securely, retention rules are configurable, and we provide deletion workflows for subject access requests.
What happens if I cancel?
Front Desk is monthly, cancel any time. Architect and Engine Room run on a 24-month term because they include a website we build, host and manage for you; if you leave before the term ends we simply point your domain back to your previous site. Every tier is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee in month 1. Your data is always exported in a standard format, and your domain, phone numbers, WhatsApp and GBP remain yours. The agent-ready website becomes yours to keep once the 24-month term completes.
Who owns the leads, recordings, and data?
You do. Always. ResoClinx is the processor, you are the controller.
Will it sound robotic to my patients?
It should not if it is built properly. We script in your clinic's tone and voice, and you approve every line before go-live. The rule: if it does not sound like something a good receptionist at your clinic would actually say, it does not go out. A warm automated message that arrives within two minutes is usually a better patient experience than a manual reply the next morning.
What if the AI says the wrong thing?
There are several layers of protection. The AI never gives clinical advice, never quotes specific medical guidance, and never handles sensitive matters beyond its lane. Anything clinical or sensitive is escalated to a human with the full conversation history. Every script is approved before go-live, every conversation is logged, and if the AI phrases something incorrectly the script can be fixed so the mistake is not repeated.
What if the AI gets a question it does not know how to answer?
It should not bluff or make anything up. It tells the patient that a team member will come back with a proper answer and routes the message into the unified inbox with a flag for your team.
Do you work with multiple clinics in the same area?
Yes, but there may be exclusivity rules for Engine Room clients in tight local markets where we are running paid ads. We will discuss this on the strategy call if it is relevant to your postcode.
