Before you sign

The questions people ask me before they sign

Almost none of them are about the software. They are about whether this is another thing to run, another agency that disappears, or a robot upsetting your patients. Here are the honest answers.

Here are the questions I actually get asked, and what I actually say back.

"Do I have to learn all this? Does my staff?"

No. We do the setup and we build the workflows for you. The training is one session and it is not hard.

Your receptionist works from one screen. You do not need to learn the ins and outs of the software, because that part is my team's job, not yours.

"I've been burned by an agency before. Why are you any different?"

An agency sells you leads. It spends your money driving enquiries at you, and the day you stop paying, the leads stop. You were renting them.

And here is the part that really costs you. The agency sends the leads, but the systems to catch them are not in place. So they arrive and die the same as always. You paid twice: once to bring them in, and again by losing them.

The problem is never that you do not have enough enquiries. It is that the ones you already get are not answered and not followed up. That is the leak, and that is where the money goes.

So I do not promise you more leads. You fix the business organically first. That means following up every enquiry you already get, until it books or tells you to stop, and building your reviews and your reputation while you do. That is the growth that does not switch off when the money does.

Then, when the systems are in place and you are ready to scale, that is the time to advertise. Not before.

That is what the software does. It puts those systems in place and runs them automatically, instead of leaving reception to do it by hand and hope. It is the missing piece in most clinics, and it took me twenty-five years to systemise.

"What if it doesn't work for my clinic?"

If enquiries are already coming in, it works. Because almost no clinic follows up properly. They do not text back. They do not answer the calls. That is true nearly everywhere I look.

I am not promising you more traffic or more customers. I am promising that the enquiries you already have get answered, followed up and booked, instead of lost. On top of that, more people find you, because we run your Google profile and your reviews and put your clinic in the directories.

"Will the AI sound like a robot to my patients?"

Ring it and hear for yourself. We have a live demo agent on 07445 162296. Call it, have a conversation with it, then decide.

I would rather you judged it with your own ears than took my word.

"Will it spam my patients?"

No. Every text and every email has an opt-out. If a patient wants it to stop, they tap once and it stops.

The follow-up runs until she books or tells you to stop, and not a message further.

Who this isn't for

If what you want is more leads poured into a front desk that already drops them, this will not help you, and I will tell you so.

And if you want to hand it over and never look at it again, know that you keep your existing software and your receptionist still works the inbox every day. It is done for you, but it is not invisible.

The next session

See it walked through on the next session

On the next session I show you where clinics lose their enquiries, why they lose them, and how to fix it. I do it live so you can ask me anything at the end. If you cannot make the date, we send you the recording for forty-eight hours.
